Order Process

When you find a product you would like to purchase, select your preferred size and click on ‘Add to Cart’ to proceed.

Custom Measurement or Specific Sizes

a) Standard Measurement

Standard-size products will be processed according to the size chart provided on the product page. If you select a standard size, we will make every effort to dispatch your order within the estimated timeline mentioned on our website.

b) Custom Measurement or Specific Sizes

Choosing Custom Measurement or requesting a specific size may place your order under the Made-to-Order (MTO) category, which may extend the dispatch timeline to 30+ days.
The estimated delivery date will be confirmed after we receive the required measurement details and successfully process the order.
Custom sizing is intended to provide a more tailored and precise fit.
Kindly specify whether your provided measurements are for a Regular Fit or a Comfort Fit.
Additional charges may apply for custom measurements or specific sizes.

Regular Fit: The garment will be tailored according to the measurements provided.

Comfort Fit: The garment will be tailored with approximately +2 inches / +5 cm of additional ease, depending on the unit selected.

Certain sizes may fall under the Made-to-Order category depending on product availability, fabric availability, and production requirements. The MTO size list may vary from product to product and is not exclusive.

Payment Options

Online Payment

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations and pin codes within India, subject to eligibility and order value.

COD availability may vary depending on the delivery location, product, and other applicable conditions. COD orders are processed according to the standard size chart. Customisation may not be available for COD orders.

Shipping and Delivery

International Orders: Shipping charges vary depending on the destination country and will be calculated or communicated as applicable.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the product, availability, customisation, destination, and courier service.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are determined by the applicable local regulations.

Such charges are generally not included in the product price or shipping charges unless specifically stated otherwise and must be paid by the buyer where applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, subject to the order status and applicable conditions.

Once processing, production, customisation, or garment construction has begun, an order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Approved cancellations may be refunded through the original payment method or provided as store credit/coupon, depending on the circumstances and applicable policy.

Note: Products purchased during special sale periods may be subject to separate cancellation and refund conditions.

Sale Orders

Products purchased during promotional or sale periods may be subject to specific cancellation, return, exchange, and refund conditions.

Any applicable terms will be clearly communicated on the website or at the time of purchase.

Discount codes may not be applicable during certain promotional or sale periods.

Customized Products / Orders

We may offer customisation of colour, size, measurements, or other product specifications, subject to product and fabric availability.

Customized products are generally not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases involving a manufacturing defect or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Fabric, Embroidery, Fit & Finish Quality

We take pride in offering carefully selected ethnic and contemporary fashion products.

Please note that product images are generally photographed under studio or controlled lighting conditions. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, embroidery, or appearance may occur depending on lighting, photography, and individual device or screen settings.

Handwork, embroidery, prints, and other artisanal details may also have minor variations and should not necessarily be considered defects.

Order Delays / Cancellation Due to Delay

In rare circumstances, orders may experience delays due to production issues, fabric availability, customisation requirements, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If a significant delay occurs, our team may contact you with an updated estimated timeline.

Discrepancies or incomplete information in the measurements provided by the customer may also result in processing or production delays.

Once production or garment construction has begun, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Refunds

Refund processing times may be longer during peak shopping periods, promotional campaigns, sales, and festive seasons.

Refund eligibility is subject to the applicable return, cancellation, and refund terms for the product.

Where a refund is approved, the refund amount will generally not exceed the amount actually paid for the eligible product or order.
